The management of CERTI Amazon projects is accomplished through the Project Management Office (PMO), which implements procedures and tools for effective management of activities, schedule and budget control. We use the best practices of PMBOK and Agile SCRUM. This experience led to ICA act locally on training in the area of Project Management. These courses are characterized by a workload of 40 hours, including laboratory 20hs 20hs ICA and consulting on business. This process enables the sharing of experience in managing collaborative projects, involving students in the implementation of all phases of a project aiming at a decision-making by quickly and accurately even in a controlled environment (laboratory) and actual (business process).
