The CERTI Amazon promotes scientific and technological development for innovation in businesses, products and processes in the areas of information technology and communication. Strategies and actions to increase the technological capacity are also the focus of their projects. The product innovation seeks to make it more competitive nationally and internationally. Already in process innovation, the unit prioritizes the optimization of production processes, optimization of logistics and supply chain. In the business district, the CERTI Amazon supports regional development, mapping demands and opportunities of investments in technology, both for businesses and the supply chain.

Since its installation in Manaus in 2003, the CERTI Amazon won about 40 projects of technological innovation, involving research and development of products / processes for the telecommunication industry segment, electronics and digital convergence PIM.
